On 7th October, students from Zespół Szkół Administracyjno-Ekonomicznych recently participated in an important debate entitled “Migration Without Prejudice – A Discussion About Facts and Myths” at the Emigration Museum in Gdynia as part of the European Values and Migration project.

The event focused on the causes, consequences, and social impact of migration in today’s world. The discussion encouraged young people to think critically about common stereotypes and misconceptions related to migrants and migration processes.

Several distinguished experts and practitioners took part in the debate, including Janina Ochojska, founder of the Polish Humanitarian Action, Alexander Kalbarczyk, and Patrice Chocholski, an expert from the Vatican Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue.

The meeting gave students the opportunity to hear personal experiences, exchange opinions, and better understand the challenges connected with migration and intercultural dialogue. The debate highlighted the importance of openness, solidarity, and European values in building inclusive societies.
